Before I started singing, I weighed 345lbs +/- (I stopped keeping track). This song is me asking my body for forgiveness for the emotional and physical weight I've asked it to endure, and a plea for those outside of me to treat me like a human.

But because of the weight I endured, I was able to channel that pain into songwriting- the beautiful redemption I sing about towards the end, and how this Body has become a Body of Work.
